It goes to the editors who write and edit this site, and to nobody else — there is no support desk and no autoresponder. This domain has no mailbox attached to it, so an address printed here would bounce without telling you, and a correction that silently fails to arrive is worse than no route at all. What the form is answered on, and what it is not, is set out below.

Only the message itself is required. What is submitted is stored, along with the sending IP address and browser user-agent string, so that abuse of the form can be dealt with; nothing is added to a mailing list and nothing is passed to an advertiser. Corrections
These are the most welcome messages this site receives. If something here is factually wrong, send the page address and, if you have it, the source that shows the error. Substantive corrections are made in the text and noted with the date at the foot of the article. Anything that could affect a health decision is treated as urgent. The full policy is in the method.
Sources and questions
If a claim on this site is not sourced clearly enough to check, say so and it will be sourced or removed. If you know of a trial, review or regulatory instrument that an article should have cited, that is genuinely useful — particularly New Zealand and Australian research, which is easy to miss from outside the region.
What this form cannot do
- Personal skincare advice. No routine recommendations, no "what should I use for this", no assessment of anything on your skin. This is a reference site, written by editors who are not clinicians, and answering those questions individually would be both useless and irresponsible. A doctor or a dermatologist can help; this form cannot.
- Product reviews or testing. Nothing here is tested, so there is nothing to request.
- Guest posts, link placements, sponsored articles or paid mentions. None are accepted, at any price, and the enquiries are not answered.
Rights, trade marks and the former occupant of this domain
Te Mana Skincare was a real New Zealand brand that traded at this web address until about 2023. This publication is unconnected to it, as the about page explains at length.
