None are set by this site. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to, and a banner asking permission for cookies that do not exist would be theatre.

Third parties on the page

There are none. Analytics of every kind are absent, Google's included. The typefaces are whatever your device already has, so no font is fetched from anyone. Nothing is embedded from a social network, there is no comment system to sign in to, no tag manager sits between you and the page, and no measurement pixel is loaded under any name. Counting the stylesheet, the icons and the illustrations, every file a page requests is served from temanaskincare.com and there is no second hostname to permit.

Server logs

The site is static and is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. As with any web host, its infrastructure processes the technical information every HTTP request necessarily carries — your IP address, the page requested, the time, the user-agent string your browser sends, and referrer information if your browser sends any — in order to serve the page and to protect the service from abuse. That processing is Cloudflare's, under its own terms, and it happens for every site behind that infrastructure. This publication does not run its own analytics on top of it, does not receive or query per-visitor logs, and does not attempt to identify anyone.

The contact form

This is the one place the site takes information from you, and it only happens if you choose to use it. There is no other form, no newsletter and no subscription box anywhere on this site.

When you send a message through the contact form, what is stored is: the message, the name, email address and subject line if you filled those in, the IP address the message came from, the browser user-agent string, and the date and time. The IP address and user-agent are kept for one reason — the form is a public endpoint on the open web, and they are what makes it possible to shut off a flood of automated submissions. They are not used to work out who you are and are never combined with anything else.

The rows are held in a database run by this publication on Cloudflare's infrastructure, and are read by the editor. Nothing there is added to a mailing list, used for marketing, profiled, shared or sold. There is no automatic deletion schedule: messages are kept while they are useful, which for a correction means as long as the record of that correction is worth having. If you would rather yours were not kept, say so and it will be deleted.

Where a correction is published, the correction note records what changed and the date. It does not name the person who sent it unless they have asked to be credited.

Your rights

Because the site collects nothing except what you choose to send through the contact form, most access and erasure requests resolve to a single action: deleting that submission. If you would like that done, send the request through the contact form and say so. Requests are actioned rather than negotiated. If you are asking about a message you sent without leaving an email address, mention roughly when you sent it and what it was about, since that is all there is to match it against.

Readers in the European Union and the United Kingdom, and readers covered by the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 or the Australian Privacy Act 1988, have statutory rights of access and correction over personal information held about them. The same form handles all of them.

Children

This is a reference site aimed at adults. Beyond a message somebody chooses to send through the contact form, it knowingly collects nothing from anyone, of any age.

Changes to this page

If this site ever gains analytics, advertising, affiliate links or any third-party component, this page will be rewritten to say so before that component ships, and the change will be dated here. It will not be quietly amended. As of the date at the top of this page, everything above is true.
